July 15th, 2008 - A New Ambassador Coming Through!
As S.W.O.R.A.'s first ambassador, Gerald Home, leaves his position to be an "honorary ambassador" from now on, a new ambassador is here to carry the flag of S.W.O.R.A. inside the world of STAR WARS fandom; who is no other than the famous Admiral Motti: Richard LeParmentier!
Here are his words to the members of S.W.O.R.A.:
Dear SWORA Members,
I was very touched when the SWORA Council asked me to become the new SWORA Ambassador.
Firstly, I want to thank Gerald Home for all his hard work in helping to establish SWORA on the fan front.
I want to carry on that work and to expand the Alliance in Central and South America and South Africa so SWORA will eventually be known in another hemisphere.
